During my career spanning two decades and two continents, I have moved from served Pizza and Cocktails in a Greek Nightclub, to serving Grilled Filet and Silver Oak in a Beautiful Red Headed Diva’s beach house to her and a senior record company executive. Through all this, I have learned much of cooking and nature.
The time has come, for me to try and share in the best way I can all my knowledge with any who have an interest.
Working closely with Tori Amos has given me a fresh perspective on my life and work and has prompted me to have this web site developed. If you subscribe, you will learn how for four years I have helped Tori and all our friends to stay fit, healthy and to retain at least a touch of sanity.
This is not a diet or rapid weight-loss system, rather, it demonstrates how, through the extensive use of low carb, low fat and high protein recipes, a fit and healthy and enjoyable lifestyle may be maintained.
We maintain that it is pointless stressing over one’s diet or health regime, as this can only contribute to stress related illnesses and general unfitness and also can encourage “binge” feeding, thereby negating any benefits that may have been derived from a regime in the first place.
Using video, audio, photographs and text I will attempt to impart to you all that I know. It will be a learning process for us all!
